We concentrated material in the beadwall area to strengthen the rim where impacts occur, and shaped the outer beadwall with a round profile to reduce tire damage under compression. The BA30 is made from a premium alloy chosen for its balance of strength and impact resistance, and it features an internal bracing structure in the extrusion for added stiffness. A fully welded seam adds strength and ensures a precise, consistent shape—plus, it guarantees 100% airtight performance for tubeless setups.
